Resistance Level is 1-20. 20 being the hardest.

Recumbent Bike:

Sit on the bike and put your feet on the pedals and in the straps (straps can be adjusted).

Adjust the seat by moving it up or down the rail using the lever by the seat.

Start cycling and the console will switch on then press ‘quick start’. – The timer will start counting up from 0 and will be on the easy setting of 1.

You can then adjust intensity with the up and down buttons.

Have your hands on the censors by the seat to pick up your heart rate or this machine will automatically pick up a Polar heart rate monitor strap.

Make sure your legs are not totally straight – there should always be a slight bend at the knee.
