This is why we have designed a 6 week bikini bootcamp programme to perform in your own home or wherever you are. Combines cardio exercises with resistance training to improve stamina, tone muscles and aid weight loss.

  • 18:00 to 18:45 StudioThe class will be held in the Hone Gym studio. This will be on your right hand side at the top of the stairs. CircuitsA typical circuit training class will incorporate a number of different exercises and workouts. These include cardiovascular, resistance and weight training. This is to ensure it gives you a balanced session and helps you reach your targets as quickly as possible.
  • 18:45 to 19:30 StudioThe class will be held in the Hone Gym studio. This will be on your right hand side at the top of the stairs. Boxercise

    Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.

    Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

  • 19:00 to 19:45 VirtualYou will be able to follow this class by logging onto our phone app at the allocated time. AerobicsAerobics is a studio group class, usually set in a gym. It is set to music and led by a qualified instructor who takes you through a variety of structured movements that raise your heart rate and get blood and oxygen flowing more quickly.

This workout concentrates on abdominal muscles, the back and your whole mid section to build muscle strength and protect you from injury. Works to give you a more stable base for your joints so that you'll suffer less strain and feel stronger overall.
