Circuits
A typical circuit training class will incorporate a number of different exercises and workouts. These include cardiovascular, resistance and weight training. This is to ensure it gives you a balanced session and helps you reach your targets as quickly as possible.

Core Stability
A Core Stability class literally gives you inner strength, as well as a full body workout. This workout concentrates on abdominal muscles, the back and your whole mid section to build muscle strength and protect you from injury.

Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling, studio cycling or spinning is a workout on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 45 minute high calorie burning session. Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning LEG and BUM muscles too.

Yoga
Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, it promotes overall well-being and stress relief.

Chair Based Class
A seated exercise class is mainly chair based exercises that is designed for rehabilitation and to keep the elderly mobile.
