Kettlebells are a great form of training. They differ from other forms of weight training as you are using many parts of the body that are being exercised simultaneously. You are also elevating your heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
Kettlebells can be used in explosive swinging movements utilising the whole body along with momentum or used in a more traditional way like your common press and squat exercises.
